We're looking forward to us all making some serious noise over the upcoming month with the Move To Amend Barnstorming Tour. Thirteen great events across Florida over 11 days, featuring former Green Party presidential candidate and phenomenal speaker David Cobb to inspire our fight to bring an end to corporate personhood!

Move to Amend Miami Coordinators
On January 21st, 2010, the Supreme Court reaffirmed, in Citizens United v. FEC, that corporations are persons, and that their financial influence equals free speech, and therefore cannot be limited. Essentially the Supreme Court says, Corporations are entitled by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government.
The MOVE to AMEND campaign asserts that "We the People" reject the Supreme Court ruling, and that "We Move to Amend" the Constitution to establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not corporations, are persons.
David Cobb, MOVE to AMEND spokesperson, will be touring Florida cities from Friday Dec 2 - Monday Dec 12, 2011, raising awareness about the Court's decision, and building a movement to strengthen our Constitution.
David is a nationally renowned dynamic speaker and freedom fighter. His entire legal career has been directed to challenge illegitimate corporate power. He is a principal with the Program on Corporations Law & Democracy, and Campaigns Director for Democracy Unlimited of Humboldt County, CA. As the Green Party Candidate in 2004, David, and the Libertarian Party presidential candidate, legally challenged the Presidential Election results in Ohio in 2004.
